This is the next blog in the Financial services Web 2.0 Metrix series. Here I will share some results from the Web 2.0 Metrix on the Web 2.0 features adoption pattern in global Financial service providers. The adoption of Web 2.0, principles, features and functionalities are currently restricted to a limited set of players in this domain, with increasing adoption witnessed in the case of end customer facing entities. I am categorizing below, the adoption rate of Web 2.0 features and functionalities in financial service providers based on a global study of over 160 players.
