Deepak Padaki is Group Engagement Manager with the CSP business unit. Deepak has more than 16 years of consulting and management experience, delivering technology-led solutions to Fortune-500 clients in Europe and North America. He has led several technology research groups at Infosys and currently manages client relationships for Infosys’ large customers. He is a Computer Engineer from Mysore University, India, and is based in St. Louis, USA.

Deepak Swamy, Associate Vice President and Head, Industry Solutions Consulting with the CSP business unit, is responsible for strategic leadership of Infosys’ business solutions for CSPs in the United States and EMEA. Deepak is an expert on the converging communications market. He leads strategic consulting engagements, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences on "quadruple play" and IMS strategies for cable MSOs and wireline and wireless CSPs. He has 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, both as a management consultant and an executive at several communications-related entrepreneurial ventures.

Jeremy Kloubec, a Senior Principal with the Communications, Media & Entertainment Consulting organization, is responsible for the sales and marketing of Infosys offerings for digital content services, social networking platforms and acceleration of product launches for with IPTV and mobile services.
Jeremy advises clients on approaches to decrease time to market for deploying interactive services in addition to increasing the value of customer interactions via social networking and also creating new revenue opportunities in a multi-play competitive environment. Mr. Kloubec has previously worked for a number of consultancies and companies ranging from technology start-ups to Big 6 firms. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Michigan and MBA from the University of Texas.

Subhash Dhar is Vice President and head of the Communications Service Providers (CSP) business unit at Infosys. He has over 15 years of experience in information and communication technology. At Infosys, he has been involved in IT services in the US and European markets. He is a member of the Infosys Management Council and is also on the Board of Infosys Technologies Australia Pty Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys.

Subhash was selected to the Young Global Leaders group of the World Economic Forum in January 2007 for his contribution to the WEF task force on Global Digital Ecosystem 2015. He also sits on the Executive Board of the "Connect the World" initiative of the International Telecommunications Union of the United Nations. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from BIT, Ranchi, India and a post-graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
