Adarsh Kumar

Adarsh is a Senior Process Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He is involved with infrastructure management projects, ITIL-based process assessment and design for IT service management and managing transitions for outsourced managed services. He has led process design and implementation engagements covering ITIL processes and specializing in the areas of change, configuration and release management.

Arvind is a Process Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He has helped enterprises implement ITIL process-based solutions. His experience includes helping organizations derive value from their ITIL V3 investments. He is a quality reviewer for the ITIL V3 refresh publications.

Bruno Calver

Bruno is a Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He has a background in large infrastructure and IT service transition, transformation and implementation projects in ITIL based managed service environments. He has also worked as an infrastructure solution architect. The highlight of his career so far, apart from joining Infosys of course ;-), has been working as an IT manager on the Tornio 2006 Winter Olympic games. With this understanding of the ‘nuts and bolts’ of IT services he now works as a process Consultant, helping bridge the gap between IT and the business.

Gautam Nadkarni

Gautam Nadkarni is a Process Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He has wide experience in ITIL v3 assessments, implementations and other IT Service Management arenas. He has several papers to his credit related to ITIL and is the chief architect of an Infosys' reusable process framework. He also has experience in business management and other process frameworks such as CMMI and Six Sigma.

Madhukar I B

Madhukar heads Infosys’ IT Service Management Consulting practice. He has vast experience in helping organizations implement ITIL best-practices. His experience includes consulting for organizations implementing ITIL in SOA implementations, ISO20000 implementations, large asset rollouts, EAI etc. He has also worked as a Datacenter operations manager.

Ramshankar Ramdattan

Ram is a Principal Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He has 12 years of experience in service management, information security management, risk/process assessments and program management. He has led several information security consulting programs. In his previous role, Ram has been an infrastructure technology design lead in charge of complex infrastructure project implementations.

Renjith Sreekumar

Renjith is a Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He has been involved in remote infrastructure management, IT offshoring analysis and IT transion projects. He has worked on several ITIL driven process engagements with several clients. He specializes in designing and managing service-centric processes.

Rohit Nand

Rohit is a Principal Consultant with Infosys Technologies. He has expertise in the areas of infrastructure management, IT service management and information security. He has managed large programs in the areas of service management, infrastructure outsourcing and process transformation. He has also worked with a global systems integrator and a large ISP in his earlier roles.
